Summer in March

Since last week was so incredibly warm, we decided to snowshoe up to Camp III and meet some friends on the deck for some sun and drinks.  No better way to spend a Sunday!

The River

Since we live so very close to the Pemigewasset River, we spend a good number of days in the summer swimming and floating on the river.  It's peaceful, quiet, beautiful, and such a perfect way to spend a sunny, summer day.

Droppin In

This past weekend I learned a ton of new stuff from the lovely coaches at Droppin In. Was super nervous about the whole thing but am totally psyched about what I can now do on a snowboard. Here's my first board slide!

From the top of Indian Head

Nothing better than a mid-week hike with my husband!

River Walk

Jay and I live, literally, steps away from the Pemi River.  Today was a rare, warm November day so we decided to do a little exploring in the late afternoon light.

I love how the pine trees are reflected in the calm waters above the dam... it almost looks like two different photos.

You never know what will be found among river storm damage!

Hear the mighty Pemi!

The View

Unfortunately the rain compromised the view at times, but some guests were able to get some shots of Mt. Washington and the Presidentials.
